Welcome to StayAlore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (stayalore.com) and your booking of our premium urban sanctuaries and mountain retreats across Mumbai, Lonavala, and Khandala. By accessing our website, communicating with our concierge team via WhatsApp, or confirming a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Reservations and Booking
Direct Bookings: Reservations made directly through our website or official WhatsApp business line are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the required payment and a formal confirmation message from StayAlore.
Third-Party Platforms: If you book through our channel partners (e.g., Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda), your booking is also subject to the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of that respective platform.
Guest Identification: In compliance with local laws, all guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) prior to or upon check-in. StayAlore reserves the right to deny entry if proper identification is not provided.
2. Payment and Deposits
Payment Terms: Full payment details, including accepted payment methods and schedules, will be provided at the time of booking.
Security Deposits: Security deposit requirements vary by property and will be explicitly stated at the time of booking. Certain urban properties operate entirely without mandatory security deposits to ensure a frictionless arrival experience.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing to our reservations team.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the specific rate plan and cancellation window selected at the time of booking. No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Guest Conduct and House Rules
To maintain our standard of quiet luxury and uncompromising privacy, all guests must adhere to the following conduct guidelines:
Respect for the Sanctuary: Properties must be treated with care. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or structural elements during their stay.
Smoking Policy: To preserve a refined environment for all, smoking is strictly permitted only inside designated guest bedrooms. All common areas, lounges, and shared spaces remain strictly smoke-free.
Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation. Unauthorized parties, events, or commercial gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from StayAlore management.
5. Amenities and Services
StayAlore strives to provide a seamless experience, including listed amenities and technical functionality. However, specific inclusions (such as Wi-Fi availability) may vary by property and will be clearly outlined in your specific property guide. We are not liable for temporary interruptions to utilities or services caused by external providers or severe weather in our mountain retreat locations.
6. Limitation of Liability
StayAlore, its partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of personal belongings, injuries, or delays, arising from your stay or use of our properties, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests utilize pools, terraces, and property facilities at their own risk.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8. Amendments to Terms
StayAlore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to stayalore.com.
